Diversity Issues: Supreme Court Hears Michigan Law Similar to CA Prop 209

October 16, 2013 – The U.S. Supreme Court heard arguments this week in an affirmative action ban similar to California’s Prop 209.  The case before the court concerns a law which says race cannot be a factor in college admissions.  It is a case that will likely determine the fate of affirmative action nationwide.
