Tuesday, April 7, 2015 – Kenny Burrell, Distinguished Professor and Director of Jazz Studies at UCLA, was interviewed for the Billie Holiday Centennial. Burrell who recorded with Billie Holiday, shared his remembrances.  CBS will honor Holiday briefly on Tuesday, April 7, during the 6:30 p.m. national news program.
