This report outlines a data-driven roadmap to address structural inequities affecting Black residents of Los Angeles. Developed in partnership with city leaders and community advocates, the report identifies key policy areas – including public safety, housing, education, and economic opportunity – where systemic change is most urgently needed. By combining research, policy analysis, and community voice, the report provides actionable strategies to advance equity and create a more just Los Angeles.
