The Center for the Study of Racism, Social Justice, and Health presents a film screening and discussion of “Tales of the Grim Sleeper” by Nick Broomfield. This film digs into the case of the notorious serial killer known as the Grim Sleeper, who terrorized black and other women in South Central LA over 25 years. Featured panelists are Margaret Prescod of KPFK Radio and Nana Gyamfi, human & civil rights attorney. Light refreshments will be provided. This event is co-sponsored by the Ralph J. Bunche Center for African American Studies and the Gary B. Nash Endowed Chair.
