Hunt and Kelley Take Part in Watts Symposium

October 8, 2015 – Bunche Center Director Darnell Hunt, and Robin D.G. Kelley, Distinguished Professor of History and Gary B. Nash Endowed Chair in United States History at UCLA, took part in a two-day academic symposium on the Watts Rebellion called, “Fire and the Quest for Transformation.” The event, which was on October 7th and 8th, was held at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
