Thinking Gender 2016 April 7th & 8th – RSVP BY 4/3/16
March 31st, 2016–Thinking Gender 2016 is a two day conference on April 7th and 8th that highlights graduate student research on women, sexuality, and gender.
The keynote speech titled, “Unexpected Consequences: Women and Power in Postconflict Africa,” will be given by Professor of Political Science and Gender and Women’s Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Aili Mari Tripp. Her talk is based from her newly published book Women and Power in Postconflict which will be available for purchase.
