About the Author: Michelle Morse, MD, MPH is an Associate Physician in the Division of Global Health Equity and Assistant Program Director for the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Brigham and Women’s Hospital. She works as a Hospitalist in the Department of General Internal Medicine. Dr. Morse is also an Instructor in Medicine at Harvard Medical School and an affiliate of the school’s Department of Global Health and Social Medicine.
